Multiple accounts, whether registered under the same or different identities, are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, rugi99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and to withhold balances pending a fraud investigation.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Providing false or misleading information, including misrepresenting your identity or age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Verification. rugi99 may require identity verification at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide adequate verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.
3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your rugi99 account. You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 rugi99 support staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from rugi99, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
3.3 You must notify rugi99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. rugi99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.4 rugi99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or conduct that may bring rugi99 into disrepute.
4.1 Supported Methods. rugi99 currently accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods are displayed in the Wallet section of your account dashboard and may change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported e-wallet methods (including Touch n Go eWallet and Boost) are credited to your rugi99 wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour depending on the originating institution's processing schedule.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. rugi99 reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method only. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with your verified identity are not permitted. Processing time for approved withdrawals is typically within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts, subject to applicable payment method processing schedules.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. rugi99 may delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request pending identity verification, review for suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or investigation of irregular account activity. In such cases, rugi99 will notify the Player of the reason for any delay within a reasonable timeframe.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on rugi99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you use USDT TRC20, in which case conversions apply at the rate displayed at the time of transaction.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rugi99 are subject to specific bonus terms that include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional mechanics contrary to their intent, or wagering patterns that rugi99 reasonably determines constitute abuse — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.1 All bets placed on rugi99 are final once confirmed. Technical errors notwithstanding, confirmed bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player after placement.
6.2 rugi99 offers games from internationally certified providers. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or physical dealer actions in live casino environments. rugi99 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server failures, disconnections, or software errors — during a game round, rugi99 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the staked amount to the Player's wallet. Winnings generated during a malfunction are not guaranteed.
6.4 For sportsbook markets, rugi99 applies standard rules regarding void bets, abandoned events, and settlement of Asian Handicap, Mix Parlay, and other market types. Specific rules for each sport and market type are available in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rugi99 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:
